Bonus Practices

These are for supporting your journey and I will refer you to these if I find that they would be helpful to you. You’re of course welcome to try them out no matter what. But please don’t feel obligated to do these. The most important practices are the ones presented in the modules.

Gentle Trauma Release

Do this when you have an big emotional charge around and event or generalised in your body. Set the intention to create space for your emotions and allow them to release and integrate.

Shadow Alchemy Practice

In our systems we have old stress cycles that has not been released and that we have suppressed into our subconscious. In this practice we reconnect with these suppressed emotions and release them through our bodies. It can be challenging and stuff will come up that can be uncomfortable to process. So I invite you to be very patient and loving towards yourself. Go in your own pace while self-resourcing/grounding whenever you need.

Frustrated to in Flow

When the frustrated coping style takes over then life feels hard, we feel stuck, and things feel impossible. We're in an unconscious internal fight against everything. Power feels outside of us - we don't have a say and can't do or get what we want. We feel like victims of an unfair world.

The meditation allows you to dissolve this pattern and come back into the anti-dote to frustrated which is being in flow with life.

Chakra Clearing Practice

When energy is blocked in specific chakras, we can feel stuck - emotionally, mentally, or even physically. This practice will help thoroughly clear and balance the chakras that need it the most and help energy flow freely again.

The Felt-Sense Meditation

This nourishing meditation is called “the felt sense” where you just gently drip your focus from your head and thoughts into your body and notice - what’s going on here and how does it feel to rest my awareness in my body?

Resting your awareness into your body is really the foundation of becoming present in your life and waking up from your habitual, repetitive thoughts patterns.

Aura and Boundary Adjustment

By adjusting your aura you get to create a clear energetic boundariy between you and the world. You create a balanced space where you feel in authority and seniority in your own space and consciously decide which energy to engage with.

Tantric breast massage

This practice is a beautiful practice to open up your heart space for deep self love and love for the people around you. It’s also a beautiful practice to connect to your femininity, sensitise your breast tissue for easier turn on and enhanced pleasure.

It’s not necessarily as a sexual act (although it can definitely be used for that too), but a sacred practice of presence, healing, and self-love.
