Gentle trauma release practice
Removing old blockages from our system so that our bodies can realign is a necessary part of any healing journey. Prior adaption to challenging experiences are imprinted in the body-mind as protection mechanisms and will block us from doing things that we deep down desire to do but that feel dangerous for the younger versions of ourselves. This practice will help you release and integrate these protection mechanisms so that all parts of you are realigned to create the reality that you’re most excited about.
Place yourself somewhere soft and have clothes on you can move your legs in. Either set and intention for what you want to release during the practice (specific emotions, physical tensions or experiences) or do the practice and just allow whatever comes up to be released. You don’t need to know what’s being released in order for it to do so. Use the four tantric tools of awareness, breath, sounds and movement and allow whatever emotions, thoughts, images to move through you without going into them mentally. Give yourself some time to rest and integrate in loving presence afterwards. Go for it <3
