Frustrated to Flow
When the frustrated coping style takes over then life feels hard, we feel stuck, and things feel impossible. We're in an unconscious internal fight against everything. Power feels outside of us - we don't have a say and can't do or get what we want. We feel like victims of an unfair world. Our unexpressed anger becomes destructive, unconsciously aimed at sabotaging others and ourselves through passive aggression. We protest by making sure we don't get what we want.

The meditation allows you to feel into the energetic and symbolic realm of this coping style. Through that your subconscious will begin to dissolve and integrate this pattern. So really feel into each word and allow any symbols to come up in your minds eye and keep your focus there.
