Pain Body Release
When we feel heavy emotions we often unconsciously start the ego-pain body cycle where we feed the pain body through our negative thoughts around the emotions. In that way we pour gasoline on the fire and end up stuck in the difficult emotion and thought pattern around it.
This practice gives you space to feel the emotions cleanly without going into story around it, so that it gets to release, dissolve and integrate. Often only 90 seconds are needed for an emotion to run through the system when it’s felt cleanly and fully.
Every time you take you time to do this practice, your pain body is reduced and it will be less and less likely to take over your entire system.
Over time you will be able to just BE with your heavy emotions when they arrive in your system before going into story around them - and you will be able to more easily be lovingly present in the moment with what is.
