The Felt Sense Meditation

This practice is the best start for you to practice getting out of your head and into your body!

This nourishing meditation is called “the felt sense” where you just gently drip your focus from your head and thoughts into your body and notice - what’s going on here and how does it feel to rest my awareness in my body?

Resting your awareness into your body is really the foundation of becoming present in your life and waking up from your habitual, repetitive thoughts patterns.

It’s also the foundation of expansive sexual experiences - to be able to anchor your awareness inside of your felt-sense and notice every little ripple of pleasure available to you.

Do this practice whenever you find yourself being stuck in your head and feel disconnected from your body. Also start practicing resting your awareness inside the felt sense inside your body when you go about your daily life and notice what changes.
