The Self-coaching model
Self-coaching is essential for creating positive and self-fulfilling thoughts about your body, your pleasure, your sexuality and your magnetism. To really get to know this tool, I invite you to do a whole week where you do a daily self-coaching model on an unintentional thought and a model on your accessible intentional thought (as explained in lecture below).
