Goalless self-pleasure practice
In this practice you get to release the goal-oriented chase for orgasms in your sexual exploration. This socially constructed goal-orientation is putting so much pressure on us mentally which completely block us from actually experiencing our full pleasure potential. In this practice I invite you to explore your body like it was the very first time you touched it. Give your self loving attention and take up time and space for YOUR pleasure. Learning to take your time with your body and listening to what IT wants instead of pressuring it to perform. Be very present with every touch and allow everything that arises or doesn’t arise to be okay. Release your expectations, listen to your body and allow what is to be enough.
