De-armouring

This practice has the potential to over time unlock the immense pleasure of penetration and internal self-stimulation.
Have lube or body friendly oil and a pleasure wand ready for this practice. I also invite you to set up the space really nicely with gentle music and whatever you need to feel safe and comfortable.
Feel into your body and find your safe-space before doing this practice - a place of goodness, ressources and love inside of your self, like the heart, your hips, your womb. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or are beginning to not feel lovingly present you can ressource into your safe-space by putting your hands over it, breathing into it and feeling love, safety and nourishment spreading from this place into your body. Only keep doing the practice for as long as you feel lovingly present with your experience. If you don’t just stop the practice and know that you have done enough for today <3
